Shipping & Delivery

We want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our processing and shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Processing time is separate from the shipping estimates listed below.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

Standard Shipping — USPS
Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment

Express Shipping — UPS
Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after shipment

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package's progress. Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipment is accepted.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

We will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange payment for the additional shipping charge before the order is shipped again.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in the carrier's possession. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us so we can help you identify the appropriate next steps or carrier claim process.

All delivery times are estimates and do not include the 2-3 business day processing period. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
